We consider the protection of your personal data particularly important, and we comply with the current personal data protection and privacy legislation.
This Policy describes how NPCC, in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU 2016/679) and the National Law 4624/2019 (hereinafter as GDPR), manages the Personal Data disclosed to us with the utmost care, ensuring, at any case, their protection and privacy.

9. Consent and rights of a personal data subject
By choosing that you agree and consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you give your consent to the processing of the data for the above specific purposes, and you can at any time withdraw your consent, as well as exercise any of your legal rights, namely access your data and obtain a copy of it, correct inaccurate personal information, erase (forget) your data or restrict their processing. The NPCC responds to your requests without delay and in any case within one (1) month upon receiving each request, unless if due to the complexity of your request or due to the multitude of requests, we need an extension of another (2) two months, within which we will get back to you in which case we will inform you within the month. If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the NPCC may refuse to proceed with the request.
In the event of a breach of your data and since this breach may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms and under the condition that it does not fall under one of the exceptions expressly provided by law, the NPCC undertakes the obligation to inform you without undue delay.
